

Once the barriers are in place, no golf carts or other motorized vehicles will be allowed in any area marked "No Golf Carts." Any golf carts parked in these restricted areas will be removed at the owner's expense.
Hoverboards are not permitted inside the Coliseum or in any area where golf carts are prohibited.
For everyone's safety, all vehicles operated after dark must have working headlights or other visible lights. Please do not operate any vehicle without lights after dark to help prevent accidents and ensure the safety of exhibitors, spectators, and staff.

Golf Cart Rules & Regulations
Suggested coverage for golf cart are $500,000.00 Bodily Injury to one or more persons
and with $100,000.00 Property Damage.
Each driver must be eighteen (16) years of age or older and have a valid driver's license
Only those carts authorized by the State Fair will be allowed to operate on State Fair
property.
All golf carts and operators must be registered with the Arkansas State Fair. Permits will
be displayed in a highly visible area.
The Arkansas State Fair reserves the right to restrict golf carts that have been
accessorized, altered, or modified from a standard golf cart design.
Arkansas Motor Vehicle Laws apply to all operators of golf carts. No unauthorized signage
or advertising on golf carts is allowed. All golf carts are restricted to designated golf cart
areas.
No more than the allotted number of people can ride on a golf cart than the available
seating. All golf carts are required to always yield to pedestrians.
No golf carts shall be operated without a lighted headlight from %hour after sunset to%
hour before sunrise.
Operation of a golf cart while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited by
state law. No person shall possess or consume alcohol or drugs while operating a golf cart
on State Fair property.
Careless driving or behavior that endangers or would likely to endanger any person or
property will not be tolerated.
Failure to abide by these rules will result in the operator’s permit being revoked and
possible removal from the premises.
